Frequently Asked Questions
How long does shipping take for grills and outdoor kitchens?
Most built-in grills and standalone units ship within 3 to 7 business days. Outdoor kitchen packages may require additional lead time depending on configuration. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer free shipping on all orders?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under that threshold, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your items. Large freight items like outdoor kitchens may include white-glove delivery options at an additional cost.
What is your return policy for grills and ranges?
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our team before shipping anything back so we can provide return instructions and ensure a smooth process. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Can I exchange a grill for a different model or size?
Absolutely. If you need a different size or model, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange the exchange. The original product must be unused and in its factory packaging. We will cover return shipping if the exchange is due to a recommendation we made.
How do I choose between a built-in grill and a freestanding model?
Built-in grills are designed to be permanently installed into an outdoor kitchen island, offering a seamless, custom look. Freestanding gas grills come on a cart and can be moved or repositioned as needed. If you are planning a full outdoor kitchen setup, a built-in model is typically the better long-term investment.
What BTU rating should I look for in a gas grill?
BTU ratings indicate heat output, but higher is not always better. A well-designed grill with 80 to 100 BTUs per square inch of cooking surface provides excellent searing and even heat distribution. Our team can help you match the right BTU range to your cooking style and the size of your grilling area.
